Where do I get replacement parts for my bike?
Contact Stage2/Razor USA Customer Service at (866) 467-2967 for replacement parts. Please have your 19-character product I.D. code with you before
contacting customer service for warranty assistance and/or replacement parts, this code can be found on the certificate of origin.
My bike isn’t working correctly, what do I do ? who can I contact?
If your bike isn’t functioning properly, please view the troubleshooting guides on pages 15-16 of the product manual. If problems with the product persist, contact Stage2/Razor USA Customer Service at (866) 467-2967 for additional assistance.
How do I troubleshoot a problem with my bike?

Can I adjust or reprogram my controller?
Adjustments to the product controller can be made using the Stage2 Data Cable Kit, this is not included with the bike but can be purchased separately at www.stage2emoto.com. However, any changes to the controller will result in voiding the 90 day limited product warranty.
What maintenance is required?

Are Stage2 bikes street legal?
Stage2 bikes are to be used in OFF-ROAD AREAS ONLY. Check your local laws before riding.
What do I do with the Certificate of Origin/ Manufacturer Certificate?
The Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO). This document is the original ownership document for the vehicle and is required by some states for the registration of the vehicle. This document includes the serial number, manufacture date, product make, product model, power, origin of manufacturing, and product ID number. This Certificate can be used as documentation for areas that require registration, check your local laws for proper guidance on vehicle usage.
Is my bike / battery water resistant?
Yes, Stage2 products can be ridden through normal off-road conditions such as rain, puddles, mud and washed normally after use. The battery/connectors are rated for IP65 and other components such as the motor and controller are rated for IP67. However, it is not recommended to use high pressure water hoses on the bike or any critical components, as this will comprise the integrity of these areas. Please see page 11 in the product manual for product IP (Ingress Protection) rating information.
How do I use a headlight with my bike?
In order to activate the headlight, make sure the ignition key is in the “second position”. When turning the key, first position is “POWER ON”, turning the key clockwise one click over activates the “POWER ON+ACCESSORY” mode which will turn the light on. To turn the light off turn the key counter clockwise one click back to the “POWER ON”. See page 13 in the product manual for more information.
Do Stage2 bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all bikes come with a 90 limited warranty. This covers manufacturing defects, or missing parts. This does not cover normal wear from rider use such as tire, tube, cables, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the Stage2 products. Additionally, any modifications done to the bikes involving changes to performance such as using third party equipment or parts.
